All photos on this website are available free of charge for both personal and commercial use. However, please note that "free stock photos" does not mean "unrestricted use". These terms apply strictly to the use of photos hosted on this site. Please use these photos at your own risk.
Rights & Permissions
Third-party rights (property rights, trademarks, publicity rights, etc.) related to subjects in the photos may apply separately. Please be especially careful when using photos for commercial purposes.
Permitted Uses

- ✓Web, Print, Video, & Social MediaBrochures, monetized YouTube videos, indie games, internal documents, etc.
- ✓Commercial UseOur site places no restrictions on commercial use. However, some photos may depict subjects that hold their own rights (such as trademarks). These rights fall outside the scope of our license, so please use at your own responsibility. That said, for photos with no third-party rights, we place almost no restrictions on use cases.
- ✓Editing, Tracing, AI ProcessingResale is permitted if substantial modifications result in a transformative new work.
- ✓No Attribution RequiredCredit/links are optional but appreciated.
Prohibited Uses
- ✕Use That Significantly Damages the Subject's ImageDefamatory, discriminatory, offensive content, or negative portrayals.
- ✕Redistribution / ResaleDistributing or selling unmodified (or lightly modified) photos as stock media is prohibited.
- ✕Merchandise SalesSelling products where the photo itself is the main value (prints, posters, calendars, etc.) is prohibited.
- ✕Claiming AuthorshipFalsely claiming you took the photo (e.g., on social media) is prohibited.
- ✕Violations of Public OrderUse that violates laws, or that promotes or facilitates illegal activity, is prohibited.
- ✕Organized Crime GroupsUse by organized crime groups or their affiliates is prohibited.

Use in adult works (R18, etc.) is permitted ONLY under the following conditions:
○ Permitted Photos
Natural landscapes, flowers, wildlife, food/drink, and other photos with no third-party rights where location cannot be pinpointed.
× Prohibited Photos
Photos of famous buildings, recognizable landmarks, vehicles, statues, or photos where people can be identified.
Copyright
The administrator of this site retains copyright for all photos.
We grant a license to use photos under these terms, but do not waive our copyright.
Regarding Scraping and Automated Data Collection
To prevent excessive server load and ensure a stable service for all users, this website strictly prohibits the following actions:

Automated scraping of image data or text, and mass downloading in a short period using programs, bots, crawlers, etc.

Any other abnormal access that places a significant burden on our system or network infrastructure.
Note: Standard crawling by general search engines (e.g., Google) for the purpose of search indexing is exempt from this restriction.
Please rest assured that general browsing and manual multiple downloads within the scope of normal use via a web browser are not subject to these restrictions.
If we determine that our website's operation or server maintenance is being hindered, we will take measures to block access from the relevant IP address without prior notice. Furthermore, if these prohibited actions cause actual damage to this website (such as incident response costs due to server downtime), we may take legal action and claim compensation for damages.
